Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with any tags and packaging included. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for preference-based reasons such as size, color, or style changes. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item if it qualifies.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be reviewed and made right with a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the item and available inventory.

To begin a return request, contact support@astor400.com with your order number. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos of the issue.
